Services Offered: We provide AI-powered professional portrait generation services. Users can upload their photos and receive professionally enhanced portraits suitable for LinkedIn profiles, business cards, resumes, and other professional use cases.

Our service offers four distinct portrait styles: Business Formal, Business Casual, Smart Casual, and Casual, allowing users to select the appropriate style for their professional needs.

3. Service Terms

By using our service, you agree to the following terms:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service
• You own the rights to all photos you upload for processing
• Generated portraits are for your personal or professional use
• Our AI service generates portraits based on your uploaded photos using Google Gemini 2.5 Flash technology
• We do not guarantee specific results but strive to provide professional-quality outputs

4. Pricing and Payment

Free Trial: New users receive 1 free portrait generation upon sign-up.

Credit Packs (One-time Purchase):

• 10 Credits: $14.50 USD
• 50 Credits: $39.50 USD
• 100 Credits: $64.50 USD

Subscription Plans (Monthly/Yearly):

• Silver: 20 portraits/month ($13.30/month or $133/year)
• Gold: 60 portraits/month ($24.50/month or $245/year)
• Diamond: 100 portraits/month ($34.50/month or $345/year)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits do not expire. Subscription limits reset monthly.

5. Refund and Dispute Policy

No Refund Policy:

All sales of credit packs and subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, or any reason other than proven technical issues with our service.

Technical Issues Exception:

Refunds will only be considered in cases of proven technical failures, including but not limited to:

• System errors that prevent portrait generation after credits have been deducted
• Service outages that make the platform completely inaccessible for extended periods
• Payment processing errors where you were charged but did not receive credits or subscription access
• Technical failures that result in corrupted or undeliverable portraits

Reporting Technical Issues:

• Technical issues must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence
• Contact glistisaac@gmail.com with detailed information including transaction ID, error messages, and screenshots if available
• We will investigate all reported technical issues and respond within 24-48 hours
• If a technical issue is confirmed, we will offer a credit refund or service credit at our discretion

What Is NOT Eligible for Refunds:

• Subjective dissatisfaction with portrait style or appearance
• Change of mind after purchase
• Unused credits or subscription time (credits do not expire)
• Results that do not match your expectations but were technically generated successfully
• Poor quality input photos resulting in poor output quality
• User error in selecting portrait style or uploading images

Important: AI-generated portraits are inherently variable and results depend on input quality, selected style, and AI processing. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes. Please review our showcase examples before purchasing to ensure our service meets your expectations.

6. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period
• Unused monthly portrait allowances do not roll over to the next period
• No cancellation fees apply

Account Deletion:

To delete your account and all associated data, contact glistisaac@gmail.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

7. Data and Privacy

• Uploaded photos are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently on our servers
• Generated portraits are stored in your account for download and reference
• We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any purpose other than generating your requested portraits
• Authentication and user data are managed securely through Supabase
• Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is not stored on our servers

8. Legal and Export Restrictions

Prohibited Uses:

• Creating fake identities or impersonating others without consent
• Processing photos of minors without parental consent
• Using the service for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Generating portraits for harassment, defamation, or malicious intent
• Violating intellectual property rights or privacy laws

Geographic Restrictions: Our service is available worldwide, but you must comply with your local laws regarding image processing and AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• You retain all rights to your original uploaded photos
• Generated portraits are provided for your personal and professional use
• You may use generated portraits for LinkedIn, resumes, business cards, websites, and other professional materials
• We retain no rights to your generated portraits or uploaded images

10. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated portrait results
• Temporary service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control
• Decisions made by third parties (employers, clients, etc.) based on generated portraits
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

11. AI Service Disclaimer

This product uses Google Gemini 2.5 Flash API for image generation. We are not affiliated with Google or any of its brands. Results may vary based on input quality and AI processing. AI-generated content should be reviewed before professional use.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
